I was unable to get any sleep at all. The hotel room was chilly, and the heater was too loud to allow for rest. The bed had only one sheet and a very flimsy blanket. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The windows were old single panes that allowed cold air to seep in. The room was cluttered with oversized, outdated furniture that felt more suited for Las Vegas, making it difficult to navigate. You could easily hear conversations from passersby outside. The breakfast offerings were unappealing. Flies buzzed around the sausage and eggs, and the room itself had its share of them. The waffle maker was coated in old, greasy residue, causing the batter to stick. Both the dining tables and floor were in need of a thorough cleaning, and even the dining window was dirty. The entire dining area would greatly benefit from a deep clean! The location is good , conveniently situated near downtown and Cal Poly.

Nothing I canceled my stay when the room had no thermostat, no a/c no heat!!!! I canceled at the front desk, please revers the charges!! Does Booking.com do any vetting of these properties?!

Easy to access, and very surprising facilities for the price we paid. Pool and jacuzzi open in the night was just amazing. Wasn't a room, but a small apartment, perfect for 4 guests, with a whole kitchen and everything, missing only kitchen supplies - probably you can ask in the reception. Awesome breakfast, that only missed bacon.

Your place is very clean and friendly and nice. Just didn't like that there is no fan in the bathroom, and no plug near the kitchen/bathroom area. I bring my own coffee maker and had to plug it in over by the TV. Nice place though. We will come back. My kid is here for 4 years. You run a good show. I like that you have linoleum floor rather than the gross carpet. Feels clean and fresh and modern.
